Stress zien we ook bij scholieren en soms is er sprake van een burn-out en zien we zelfs jonge kinderen die de stress niet meer aan kunnen. De druk vanuit de maatschappij ligt hoog. Door de informatiesnelheid, verwachtingen en economische factoren hebben we het soms erg moeilijk. We zijn vaak te veel in het hoofd bezig en te weinig met voelen. Onze plannen en activiteiten zijn toekomstgericht in plaats van genieten in het moment. Ook dat plaatst energie van ons af, terwijl we juist deze energie zo ontzettend goed voor onszelf zouden kunnen gebruiken.

Prikkelbaar

Ons zenuwstelsel raakt overprikkeld en energie stagneert. Kleine dingen kunnen dan heftige reacties geven. Chagrijnig en overgevoelig zijn is daar een direct gevolg van. We kunnen de prikkels niet meer goed verwerken en dan loop je vast. Een negatieve spiraal neerwaarts lijkt in gang gezet. Daar kun je verandering in brengen. Samen werken aan veranderingsprocessen, gezondheid, prettig leven door inzicht. Tijdens deze sessies krijg je hulpmiddelen aangeboden om je los te maken van de vaak remmende ballast. Het menselijk lichaam beschikt over een goed werkend zelf genezend vermogen en het wordt elke dag opnieuw uitgedaagd door hoe we in ons vel zitten en door onze leef- en eetgewoontes. Dit uit zich vaak in klachten waarbij het lichaam aangeeft dat het uit balans is geraakt. Coaching is onderdeel van het behandelplan. Samen werken aan prettiger leven.
